Flav at the bar in The Chalet was the most incredible bartender. Every drink delicious and beautiful!! The best cosmopolitan I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for him, my time here would’ve been wasted. Thanks Flav, for making my stay a 10/10!! Hope you get a raise. You deserve it.

My stay at Club Med Québec Charlevoix was awesome! From the breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River to the cozy, upscale lodge atmosphere, every moment was fantastic.

What I Loved:
✔ All-Inclusive Luxury – No need to worry about a thing! Gourmet meals, premium drinks, and even après-ski snacks were all included. The Quebecois-inspired cuisine was a delicious surprise.
✔ Ski-In/Ski-Out Perfection – With direct access to Le Massif (one of Canada’s best ski slopes), I spent my days gliding down pristine runs and my evenings relaxing by the fireplace.
✔ Exceptional Service – The G.Os (Gentil Organisateurs) were so friendly and made sure every guest felt special. The childcare and ski lessons were top-notch too!
✔ Stunning Design – The modern-rustic lodge, with its heated outdoor pools and panoramic lounges, was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

This hotel is fantastic! The ski lessons are excellent, and the convenience of having lockers right by the entrance is a game-changer. You pick up your gear, take just ten steps, and you’re outside, ready to put on your skis and head straight to your lesson or take the lift to the top of the mountain—it’s incredible.

The kids’ club is outstanding. You drop off their skis at the beginning of the trip and pick them up at the end—the staff takes care of everything. Every morning, you drop the kids off at 8:15 AM and pick them up between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. They get their lessons, have an amazing time, and the overall atmosphere is just perfect.

The food is decent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The room is like a junior suite, with a separate area for the kids, is a great setup—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The rest of the hotel is equally impressive.

The spa is excellent, featuring a great pool and an outdoor jacuzzi that is simply fantastic. Overall, this hotel provides an outstanding experience for both families and skiers. Highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux weekend en famille pour profiter de la neige du Massif de Charlevoix mais aussi de l’accueil de toute l’équipe de G.O. qui s’assure en tout temps de satisfaire tous les G.M.

La nourriture était excellente, la quantité et la qualité des activités l’étaient tout autant.

La variété des artistes choisis par l’équipe d’animation faisait aussi en sorte que tous y trouvaient leur compte des plus jeunes au plus vieux.

On y retourne quand?

Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour au Club Med Charlevoix.
Le confort, la qualité de la nourriture et des produits du terroirs, l’accueil, l’équipe des G.O, tout y était !!
